Job Description

Job Title: Service Executive – PhonePe

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 in hand + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit merchants to provide after-sales support for PhonePe QR, Soundbox, and POS devices.

  • Install, replace, troubleshoot, and maintain payment devices.
  • Resolve merchant queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Drive merchant activations and improve device usage.
  • Build strong relationships with merchants and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily service visits and monthly productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–2 years of field service or customer support experience (Fintech/Payments preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of QR, Soundbox, or POS devices is an advantage.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
