Job Summary:
We are looking for an Scanning Operator to support back-office operations by handling document scanning, data entry, invoice verification, and records management. The role requires ensuring accurate digitization of documents, processing invoices, maintaining data integrity, and meeting turnaround time and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Scan, index, and upload invoices and business documents into the system.
· Verify invoice details and perform accurate data entry.
· Review documents for completeness and quality before processing.
· Maintain electronic records and ensure proper document storage.
· Process invoices as per client and company guidelines.
· Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions for resolution.
· Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets.
· Support audit and compliance requirements through proper documentation.
Eligibility:
· Any Graduate.
· Freshers or candidates with experience in data entry, invoice processing, document management, or back-office operations.
