Senior Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer communication independently and manage orders from sampling to final dispatch.

• Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Prepare costing sheets, order sheets, T&A plans, and maintain merchandising reports.

• Monitor production status and resolve issues related to fabric, trims, quality, and timelines.

• Handle sampling developments and buyer approvals as per requirements.

• Ensure proper follow-up on approvals, raw materials, and shipment schedules.

• Maintain strong coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in garment / knitwear merchandising.

• Candidate must have experience handling reputed retail brands / large market-value companies such as Reliance Trends, Max Fashion, V-Mart, Pantaloons, Vishal Mega Mart, Spencer’s, etc.

• Strong knowledge of merchandising, production planning, and order management.

• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple buyers and orders independently.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Email handling, and reporting.
