About UsVKK Industries Pvt Ltd is a leading knitted fabric manufacturer specializing in polyester and PC knitted fabrics including rice knit, dot knit, SAP, thermal, super soft, interlock sinker, and sportswear fabrics. We supply to garment manufacturers, exporters, and fabric traders across India.

We are looking for a confident, result-oriented, and experienced Senior Telecaller – Fabric Sales to handle customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to garment manufacturers, exporters, wholesalers, and fabric buyers
• Generate new leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on inquiries received from WhatsApp, IndiaMART, website, Facebook, and marketing campaigns
• Explain fabric qualities, GSM, compositions, rates, and available stock to customers
• Coordinate with the sales and production team regarding dispatches and order status
• Maintain proper customer data and daily calling reports in CRM/Google Sheets
• Send product photos, videos, quotations, and follow-up messages through WhatsApp and email
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets
• Handle customer complaints and ensure professional communication at all times
• Build long-term relationships with buyers for repeat business
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English (Compulsory)
• Tamil speaking ability will be considered a strong advantage
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Knowledge of textile/fabric terminology preferred
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, CRM software, and email
• Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in textile, fabric, garment, or B2B sales industry preferred
• Female candidates may be preferred for customer handling role
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Ability to manage multiple customer follow-ups simultaneously
