What You'll Do:-

📌 Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

📌 Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

📌 Manage daily content calendars and posting schedules.

📌 Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social channels.

📌 Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.

📌 Collaborate with founders and internal teams to create impactful content.

📌 Stay updated with the latest platform features, algorithm changes, and social media trends.

📌 Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare actionable reports.

📌 Optimize content and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

What We're Looking For:-

📌 Strong experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).

📌 Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

📌 Ability to create and execute effective content strategies.

📌 Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major social platforms.

📌 Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

📌 Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools is a plus.

📌 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

📌 A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing.

📌 Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

📌 A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
