Job Description
Role: Sports Floor Staff, Cricketer Preferred
Company: Ground Zero (GZERO EDGE PVT. LTD.)
Location: Ground Zero Ludhiana, SGHPS Atam Nagar, Model Town
Shift: 4 PM to 12 AM, 6 days a week
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month, plus incentives
About Ground Zero Punjab's fastest growing leisure sport brand. We build and operate premium multi sport facilities across the state. Ludhiana is our flagship 55,000 sq ft complex with padel, pickleball, football, box cricket, and basketball.
What you will do
- Customer handling on the floor. Greet walk ins, explain slots and pricing, handle enquiries.
- Slot management. Coordinate bookings, ensure courts are ready on time, manage turnover between slots.
- Play when required. Fill in for short sided customer games, help run demo sessions, hit with beginners who need a partner.
- Facility upkeep. Basic equipment checks, keep courts match ready, report issues to the Floor Manager.
- Support coaching. Assist coaches during group sessions and academy hours.
- Event support. Help run tournaments, box cricket leagues, and private bookings.
What we are looking for
- Active or former club level cricketer. District or university level preferred.
- Good communication in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Comfortable with phones and apps. You will use our booking system and WhatsApp for customer updates.
- Fit, presentable, reliable on time.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends. This is a 4 PM to 12 AM role.
