Telecaller

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Telecaller with a strong background in banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer interactions, and driving loan sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products

- Explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various loan offerings (personal, home, business, etc.)

- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

- Maintain and update customer databases regularly

- Follow up with interested customers to close sales

- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

- Coordinate with internal teams and partner banks for smooth processing

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling within banking/financial services

- Strong understanding of loan products and DSA operations

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in loan sales (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan)

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Customer-centric approach
