Travel Customizer Manager

We are looking for a Travel Customization Manager who can design, plan, and manage customized domestic and international holiday packages as per client requirements. The candidate should have good destination knowledge, costing skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to create customer-friendly itineraries.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements

• Speak with clients to understand their travel dates, budget, destination preference, hotel category, food preferences, and special occasions.
• Suggest suitable destinations and travel experiences based on client profile.

1. Customize holiday packages
2. 
   

• Prepare detailed domestic and international itineraries.
• Design honeymoon, family, group, luxury, adventure, and leisure holiday packages.
• Include sightseeing, transfers, activities, meals, experiences, and optional add-ons.

1. Costing and quotation preparation
2. 
   

• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, and suppliers for best rates.
• Prepare accurate package costing with clear inclusions and exclusions.
• Make professional and customer-friendly quotations.

1. Vendor and supplier coordination
2. 
   

• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, visa teams, and local vendors.
• Negotiate rates and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up for confirmations, vouchers, amendments, and cancellations.

1. Client communication and follow-up
2. 
   

• Share quotations and explain the itinerary clearly to clients.
• Handle client queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

1. Booking and operations support
2. 
   

• Assist in hotel, transfer, activity, sightseeing, and travel service bookings.
• Prepare travel vouchers, confirmations, and final travel documents.
• Coordinate with clients before and during travel for smooth operations.

1. Destination knowledge
2. 
   

• Maintain updated knowledge of popular destinations, hotels, experiences, visa rules, and travel trends.
• Suggest trending experiences like self-drive, cruises, theme parks, adventure activities, nightlife, wineries, and luxury stays.

1. Problem solving

• Handle last-minute changes, hotel issues, flight changes, cancellations, and client concerns.
• Coordinate quickly with suppliers to resolve travel-related problems.

1. Sales and revenue growth

• Upsell hotels, activities, private transfers, travel insurance, visa assistance, and premium services.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
• Experience in customized tour packages.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Good command over WhatsApp, email, Excel, Word, and travel portals.
• Knowledge of DMC coordination, hotel bookings, transfers, and sightseeing.
• Ability to prepare attractive itineraries and quotations.
• Sales-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Preferred Experience2–5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, or holiday sales role.
• Experience in handling international destinations like Europe, Japan, Dubai, Maldives, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, etc.
• Knowledge of visa documentation will be an added advantage.
