Job Description
Provide one-on-one career counselling and guidance to clients based on their education, skills, experience, and career goals.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable employment, education, or training opportunities.
Assist clients in preparing professional resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques to improve employability.
Guide clients through job search strategies, career planning, and labour market opportunities.
Conduct career assessments and help clients develop personalized career action plans.
Maintain accurate client records, monitor progress, and provide ongoing follow-up and support.
Build strong relationships with clients while ensuring confidentiality and professional service.
Stay updated on current labour market trends, educational programs, and employment opportunities.
Coordinate with employers, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders when required.
Ensure all counselling services are delivered ethically, professionally, and in accordance with organizational policies.
