Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock management.
- Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock/MIS reports.
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, transportation, and deliveries.
- Draft and manage professional email communication with clients, vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
- Prepare warehouse-related reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
