Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure WiFi routers, access points, and network devices
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal router/AP placement
- Perform LAN cabling and basic networking setup
- Troubleshoot connectivity, speed, and signal issues
- Configure SSIDs, security settings, and bandwidth controls
- Provide on-site technical support and customer guidance
- Maintain documentation of installations and service reports
- Coordinate with backend/network teams for escalations
