Zonal Sales Manager

Develop and execute HORECA sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets.

Drive business growth across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering, QSRs, and Institutional Accounts.

Manage and expand key customer relationships within the HORECA channel.

Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to ensure effective market coverage.

Lead, train, and monitor the performance of Regional Managers, ASMs, and Sales Officers.

Identify new business opportunities and acquire new HORECA accounts.

Negotiate commercial terms, annual contracts, and promotional agreements with customers.

Monitor sales performance, market share, and competitor activities within the zone.

Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from customers and distributors.

Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports for management review.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business execution.

Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and assess market opportunities.

Ensure achievement of revenue, volume, distribution, and profitability objectives for the assigned zone.

Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
