Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Electronics Engineer to support academic training, laboratory management, project guidance, and skill development programs for students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in electronics, embedded systems, IoT, robotics, and emerging technologies while mentoring students for academic and industry-oriented projects.
- Key Responsibilities:Academic & Training ResponsibilitiesDeliver training sessions in Electronics and Electrical Engineering concepts.
- Teach subjects such as:
- Basic Electronics
- Digital Electronics
- Analog Electronics
- Microprocessors & Microcontrollers
- Embedded Systems
- IoT (Internet of Things)
- Robotics
- PCB Design
- Industrial Automation
- Sensors and Actuators
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and assessments.
- Conduct practical lab sessions and demonstrations.
- Student DevelopmentGuide students in mini and major projects.
- Mentor students for innovation competitions, hackathons, and technical events.
- Support students in developing prototypes and real-world applications.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and technical boot camps.
- Laboratory ManagementMaintain electronics laboratories and equipment.
- Ensure safety standards and proper usage of lab instruments.
- Manage inventory of electronic components and kits.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in lab setups.
- Industry CollaborationCoordinate industrial visits and technical training programs.
- Collaborate with industry experts for guest lectures and workshops.
- Update curriculum based on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Documentation & ReportingMaintain student attendance and performance records.
- Prepare training reports and project documentation.
- Assist in accreditation and academic compliance activities.
- Required QualificationsB.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation, or related field.
- M.E / M.Tech preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply.
- Experienced candidates preferred for senior roles.
