- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit of customers, staff, and vendors.
- Ensure safety and security of pharmacy premises and stock.
- Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and suspicious activities.
- Maintain visitor and delivery records if required.
- Assist customers with directions and basic support.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and report incidents immediately.
- Ensure proper opening and closing security procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline around the entrance area.
- Coordinate with store staff and management for security-related matters.
