Senior Graphic Designer

Visual Creation: Design high-quality assets for digital marketing (social media graphics, email templates, web banners) and print media.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring all visual content aligns with established brand guidelines.

Concept Development: Brainstorm and collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual campaigns.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of design files, templates, and stock assets for team accessibility.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stay Trend-Aware: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and industry technologies to keep our brand looking fresh and modern.

• Experience: Minimum 1year of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work across digital and print mediums.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI Tools). Experience with Figma, Canva, or Premiere Pro is a major bonus.
• Core Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and digital optimization (e.g., file formats and sizing).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively pitch ideas and receive constructive feedback.
• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree & Certificate course in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (equivalent practical experience/portfolio also accepted).
• ## Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus)Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics (After Effects).
• Bonus Experience with photography, video editing, or UI/UX design.
