Job Description

We are hiring Tele Sales Officers to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain loan products, generate leads, and support the sales process till login. The role requires good communication, follow-up skills, and a target-driven attitude.





Key Responsibilities



  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
  • Explain loan products (Business Loan / Personal Loan / OD) clearly
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into logins
  • Follow up with customers for documents and status updates
  • Maintain proper call notes and customer details in CRM
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and login targets
  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely
  • Follow company sales process and compliance guidelines
