Videographer

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. With 2–3 years of professional experience, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage and transforming it into engaging visual stories. You will handle the full production lifecycle—from pre-production planning and on-set filming to advanced post-production editing, with a heavy focus on social media optimization.

• Key Responsibilities1. Production & FilmingExecute multi-camera shoots for various formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, corporate interviews, and product showcases).
• Set up professional lighting and audio equipment to ensure high production value in diverse environments.
• Direct talent and subjects on-set to capture natural and impactful performances.
• Maintain and manage gear, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers (gimbals), and audio recorders.
• 2. Post-Production & Editing Edit raw footage into polished videos using Capcut or Final Cut Pro, ensuring seamless pacing and narrative flow.
• Perform color grading and audio mixing to maintain brand consistency and high-quality output.
• Optimize content for multiple platforms, specifically tailoring formats for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• 3. Creative StrategyCollaborate on storyboards and scripts during the pre-production phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends, particularly high-retention editing styles and viral social media formats.
• Manage digital assets, ensuring all project files are organized, backed up, and archived correctly.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role (agency or in-house).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of frame rates, shutter speeds, ISO, and various video codecs/formats.
• Storytelling: A strong portfolio (Showreel) demonstrating an ability to tell a compelling story through visuals and sound.
• Efficiency: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
