Job Description
Identify and source potential properties in prime retail locations for franchise expansion
Conduct field visits and evaluate properties based on business requirements
Develop strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and local agents
Negotiate rental/lease terms and finalize agreements
Ensure properties meet company standards (visibility, accessibility, footfall, etc.)
Coordinate with legal, projects, and operations teams for documentation and store setup
Maintain database of available properties and market trends
Achieve monthly targets for property closures
