🎯 Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented BDE to handle travel inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for travel.
🔑 Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, website & social media
- Provide consulting
- Convert leads into bookings & achieve sales targets
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel packages
- Customize itineraries with proper pricing & details
- Update leads in CRM and maintain follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations team after booking
- Ensure excellent customer experience
