Cashier

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cashier to handle daily billing, cash management, and basic accounts operations. The role requires accuracy, discipline, and strong follow-up skills, especially in handling advance payments and daily financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily billing and transactions (cash, card, UPI, bank transfers)
• Maintain and verify daily cash records (cash in hand, debit, credit, balance)
• Perform daily cash tally between Excel sheet and cloud application
• Monitor and update:
• Advance payments
• Pending balances
• Customer dues and follow-ups
• Prepare and verify:
• Daily abstract report
• Daily chit / transaction summary
• Maintain proper records of:
• Bank entries
• Cash deposits
• Expenses
• Ensure accuracy in all financial entries
• Coordinate with sales team and management for payment tracking
• Report any discrepancies immediately

SKILLS:

• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping
