Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Maintain good relationship with customers.

Coordinate with sales and service departments.

Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain customer database and service reminders.

Handle telecalling and appointment scheduling.

Support showroom daily operations and customer communication.

Requirements:

  • Any Degree preferred.
  • Experience in Automobile Industry preferred.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM Software).

Preferred:

Experience in Two-Wheeler Showroom / Automobile Industry.
