Job Description

Ensure smooth operation of Box Office, Concession, Ushers, Housekeeping, and Security.

Monitor all cinema shows to ensure they start and end on time.

Conduct pre-opening and closing inspections.

Ensure auditoriums are clean and ready before every show.

Monitor projection, sound, and air conditioning, and report technical issues immediately.

Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.

Ensure a high standard of customer experience.

Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.

Ensure proper grooming, punctuality, and discipline.

Conduct shift briefings before operations.

Assist in training new employees.

Verify opening and closing cash as per SOP.

Monitor concession stock levels.

Ensure compliance with fire safety procedures.

Prepare daily operational reports.
