Executive - Corporate Marketing (Madurai) 

 

Corporate Engagement & Coverage

 

• Build strong relationships with PSU organizations, private corporates, banks, insurance partners, associations, and community leaders.
• Achieve 85–90% corporate account coverage in assigned territory.
• Conduct 8–10 corporate visits per day (physical / virtual).
• Identify new corporate prospects and under-covered segments.
• Plan and execute monthly outstation corporate visits.

 

Tie-ups, MOUs & Revenue Contribution

 

• Initiate and close Corporate Tie-ups / MOUs with organizations.
• Achieve monthly corporate revenue targets (IP, OP, Diagnostics, Health Checks).
• Promote hospital specialties and packages to corporate partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience.
• Track corporate referral trends and identify growth opportunities.

 

Corporate Activities & Wellness Programs

 

• Plan and execute activities such as:
• Medical Camps
• Corporate Health Check Camps
• BLS Training Programs
• Health Awareness Talks
• Marathon Health Talks / Wellness Sessions
• Annual Corporate Meets / Customer Meets
• Special Campaigns (Cancer Day, Heart Day, Stroke Awareness etc.)
• Ensure participation targets and feedback collection.

 

 

Community & Association Engagement

 

Build relationships with community groups, trade associations, unions, and clubs.

Organize community screening camps and health talks.

 

 

Process Adherence & Reporting

 

• Maintain 100% compliance with daily visit reports, activity trackers, and revenue dashboards.
• Share corporate pipeline updates weekly with reporting manager.
• Track ROI of corporate activities and health camps.
• Maintain MOU database and renewal calendar.

 

Corporate Patient Validation & Support

 

• Track corporate patient admissions and referrals.
• Coordinate with billing & insurance teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain corporate MIS and conversion tracking.
• Provide feedback to corporate HR after camps.

 

Strategic Marketing Initiatives

 

• Identify Key Corporate Accounts for long-term partnerships.
• Develop customized wellness programs for large corporates and banks.
• Collaborate with consultants for specialty-based promotions.
• Support corporate branding events and CSR activities.
