Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Summary:
KKR Construction & Water Proofing Solution is looking for a dedicated and organized female Office Administrator with Tally knowledge to manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle both administrative and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administrative activities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client coordination
- Maintain records, files, and project documents
- Perform data entry and maintain reports
- Handle Quotation, Billing, invoicing, and basic accounting using Tally Prime
- Track expenses and assist with financial records
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with staff
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- 0–5 years of experience in office administration or accounts
- Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Cash Handling
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Creating Broucher content in canva
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.com, BBA, M.com, MBA, Accounts (Commerce background is an advantage)
- Experience in Accounts or related industry is a plus
