Job Title: Office Administrator (Female)

Location: Koodal Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

KKR Construction & Water Proofing Solution is looking for a dedicated and organized female Office Administrator with Tally knowledge to manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle both administrative and basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administrative activities
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client coordination
  • Maintain records, files, and project documents
  • Perform data entry and maintain reports
  • Handle Quotation, Billing, invoicing, and basic accounting using Tally Prime
  • Track expenses and assist with financial records
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with staff

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • 0–5 years of experience in office administration or accounts
  • Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Cash Handling
  • Two-wheeler preferred
  • Creating Broucher content in canva

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.com, BBA, M.com, MBA, Accounts (Commerce background is an advantage)
  • Experience in Accounts or related industry is a plus
