•       Degree in teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education is preferable but not mandatory

•       Volunteering, punctuality, timely care for students

Freshers with Physics degree or B.E graduate who has an open mind to learn are also preferred. Those who volunteer themselves and are committed towards their work will be rewarded with bonus as well as increment.
