Job Title: Print Quality Assurance Executive – Pharmaceutical Printing & Packaging

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Print Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that all printed pharmaceutical packaging materials meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in offset printing, print finishing, folding, die-cutting, and pharmaceutical packaging quality.

The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process and ensuring that only compliant products are released for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify artwork specifications before production.
• Check cutting dimensions using measuring tools.
• Inspect folding size, folding sequence, and page order of pharmaceutical leaflets.
• Verify die-cutting, creasing, perforation, and finishing quality.
• Ensure color consistency, print registration, and print clarity.
• Inspect printed cartons, leaflets, labels, and other packaging materials.
• Perform first-off, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Approve production samples before full-scale manufacturing.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Ensure all products comply with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Reject non-conforming products and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Work closely with production, prepress, and finishing teams to minimize defects and reduce waste.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and production efficiency.
