Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients .
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Property Presentations & Site Visits Showcase properties to prospective clients through presentations and site visits.
  • Highlight property features, benefits, and ROI potential effectively.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to finalize deals.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure smooth documentation and agreement finalization.
  • Market Research & Insights Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
