Job Description

Relationship manager - Gold Loan

1. Lead Generation & Sales
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate leads through cold calling, open market sourcing, and referrals.
  • Site Visits & Campaigns: Conduct field visits to builder sites and organize loan camps to acquire prospective buyers.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets set by the organization. [1, 2, 3]

2. Loan Processing & Documentation
  • KYC & Document Verification: Collect and verify all necessary KYC and property documents.
  • File Processing: Process loan files from the initial login stage through to sanctioning and final disbursement.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the credit, technical, and legal teams to ensure the smooth processing of the loan file. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Channel Management
  • DSA Network: Build and maintain a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and channel partners to generate a steady flow of quality leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and secure referrals. [1, 2, 3]

4. Portfolio Quality & Compliance
  • Delinquency Control: Ensure a healthy, high-quality loan portfolio by adhering to strict credit norms and evaluating the borrower's repayment capacity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance guidelines, and KYC norms. [1, 2, 3, 4]

5. Reporting & MIS
  • Daily Tracking: Maintain accurate and timely reports on daily logins, sanctions, and disbursals (MIS).
  • Market Tracking: Track local competitor rates, schemes, and provide feedback to senior management
