Job Description

Relationship Manager - MF Collections

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify potential customers through open market, referrals, and real estate developer relationships.
  • Customer Consultation: Understand borrower requirements, explain loan products (home loans, LAP), and advise on interest rates and eligibility.
  • Loan Processing: Collect, verify, and submit loan documentation (KYC, income proof, property documents) for credit appraisal.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for login, sanction, and disbursement of loans.
  • Relationship Management: Build relationships with developers and clients for referrals and cross-selling products like insurance or credit cards.
  • File Coordination: Coordinate with credit and technical teams to ensure timely disbursement.
