Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Loan Disbursal Volume: Achieving targeted monthly, quarterly, and annual loan volume (in ?).
- File Login & Processing: Hitting goals for the number of completed loan applications logged in.
- Cross-Selling: Successfully pitching complementary products like life insurance, credit cards, or top-up loans to existing borrowers. [1, 2, 3]
- Channel Development: Building and managing productive relationships with builders, real estate agents, and Direct Selling Associates (DSAs) to create a steady pipeline.
- Market Penetration: Sourcing prospective home buyers through cold calling, corporate tie-ups, and open-market prospecting.
- Lead Conversion: Moving potential buyers from the initial inquiry stage to completed site visits and application submissions. [1, 2, 3]
- Document Hygiene: Ensuring 100% accuracy in collecting and verifying KYC, income proofs, and property documents.
- TAT (Turnaround Time): Minimizing the time taken from the initial application to loan sanction and final disbursal.
- First Time Right (FTR): Submitting error-free files to the credit/underwriting team to prevent rejections or delays. [1, 2, 3]
- Customer Satisfaction: Guiding clients through interest rates, EMIs, and the mortgage process with clear, professional communication.
- Portfolio Quality: Ensuring loans are sourced from credit-worthy profiles to minimize future Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and delinquencies
