Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals and clinics in the assigned territory to promote Syntron’s ENT, oncology, tracheostomy and other surgical products.
• Develop new accounts and grow business from existing hospitals and doctors.
• Meet surgeons, OT staff and purchase departments regularly, understand their requirements and propose suitable products.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and coordinate clinical evaluations where needed.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets, and share regular visit and sales reports.
• Coordinate with back office/logistics to ensure timely deliveries and handle urgent cases smoothly.

Candidate Profile

• Any degree; science/biomedical background preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–3 years of experience in medical device / surgical / pharma sales; freshers with strong interest in healthcare sales may apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively in Madurai and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English; positive attitude and target orientation.
