Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
  • Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Handle customer objections effectively and close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers



Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and listening)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills
