Job Description
Job Summary
Ahana Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Management Executive to support the CEO in managing administrative, operational, and coordination activities across multiple hospital branches.
The candidate will be responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, documentation, reporting, follow-ups, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, meeting minutes, and documents.
- Coordinate with department heads and branch teams.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up on action items and escalate delays when required.
- Accompany the CEO on branch visits, meetings, conferences, and official functions.
- Organize meetings, events, workshops, and executive reviews.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintain records, databases, and confidential documents.
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, government offices, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and gather information required by management.
- Prepare expense statements and reimbursement records.

Qualifications
