Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities 

Strategic & Business Development 


 Identify and develop new business opportunities for Blue Metal, M-Sand, Fly Ash 

Bricks, Cement Blocks, Paver Blocks, and Ready Mix Concrete.

 Expand and strengthen distribution channels across assigned regions.

 Conduct competitor analysis and market research to define pricing and positioning 

strategies.

 Create, onboard, and manage referral and channel partners to achieve sales and 

business targets.


Sales & Revenue Generation 

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products and 

regions. 

 Develop and execute effective sales plans aligned with company objectives and 

market demand. 

 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with customers in line with company 

policies. 

 Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion ratios to ensure steady revenue 

growth. 

 Analyze performance gaps and take timely corrective actions to achieve targets.



Client Relationship Management 

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, project 

consultants, and dealers.

 Provide accurate product knowledge, technical guidance, and customized solutions to 

meet customer requirements.

 Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns and effective after-sales support to 

enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


Team Management & Collaboration 

 Guide, mentor, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.

 Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, production, and operations teams for 

seamless sales execution and timely dispatch.

 Conduct weekly sales review meetings to track performance, address challenges, and 

ensure target achievement.


Reporting & Compliance 

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM/ERP systems.

 Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.

 Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, statutory requirements, and 

safety regulations.


Skill Set Required 

 Excellent communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English preferred).

 Proficiency in CRM and ERP tools.

 Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

 Sales forecasting, MIS reporting, and territory planning skills.

 Strong leadership, decision-making, and pressure-handling abilities.

 Expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and deal-closing.



Qualification & Experience 

 Any Graduate / Diploma/BE Civil Preferred

 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in crusher or construction materials 

industry like Cements, Paints, Steels, Aggregates , or RMC.
