Job Description
🚨 We're Hiring: Structural Design Trainer
📍 Location: Madurai
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience & skills)
🏠 Free Accommodation Provided
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver practical and interactive training in BIM Structural Design.
Train students and professionals on structural modeling, detailing, and documentation.
Develop training materials, assignments, and real-time project exercises.
Guide trainees in industry-standard BIM workflows and best practices.
Assess trainee performance and provide technical support throughout the training.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit Structure.
Good knowledge of ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and structural analysis concepts.
Understanding of BIM standards, coordination, and documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Eligibility:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/M.E. in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Industry experience in Structural BIM projects is preferred.
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring engineers.
