About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Engineer / Technical Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Electronics, Mobile Phone Repair, and Laptop/Desktop Hardware and be enthusiastic about teaching students through practical, industry-oriented training.
This role involves conducting classroom sessions, hands-on laboratory training, troubleshooting electronic devices, and mentoring students to become job-ready professionals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and practical training in:
- Basic & Advanced Electronics
- Mobile Phone Hardware Repair
- Chip-Level Mobile Repair
- Laptop & Desktop Hardware Repair
- Laptop Troubleshooting & Servicing
- Soldering and PCB Repair Techniques
- Demonstrate practical repair procedures using real devices.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessment materials.
- Guide students during laboratory sessions and live repair activities.
- Diagnose and repair customer devices when required.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and inventory.
- Keep up to date with the latest mobile and laptop technologies.
- Assist in developing new course content and technical documentation.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for technical interviews.
- Ensure laboratory safety and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Electronics Fundamentals
- Mobile Hardware Repair
- Laptop/Desktop Hardware & Troubleshooting
- Chip-Level Repair Knowledge
- SMD Component Identification and Replacement
- PCB Circuit Analysis
- Multimeter, DC Power Supply & Oscilloscope Usage
- IC Replacement and Soldering Skills
- Windows Installation & Software Troubleshooting
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Educational QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or related field.
- ITI or Polytechnic candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- ExperienceFreshers with strong practical skills can apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in Mobile or Laptop Repair is preferred.
- Experience as a Technical Trainer is an added advantage.
- Preferred CertificationsMobile Repair Technician Certification

- NSDC/Skill Development Certifications (Preferred)
