Job Description
Peace Nikkah Matrimony is a trusted matrimony service dedicated to helping individuals and families find suitable life partners through personalized matchmaking and relationship guidance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
- Assist clients in finding suitable marriage profiles based on preferences.
- Maintain and update customer profiles in the database.
- Follow up with registered members and families.
- Explain membership plans and matrimony services to customers.
- Coordinate meetings and profile matching processes.
- Build good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer and mobile handling knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong customer handling and convincing skills preferred.
