• Qualification MBA (Marketing) / Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Experience1–5 Years in Real Estate Sales / Marketing (Preferred)
• Key Responsibilities Call prospective customers and follow up on assigned leads.
• Schedule customer appointments and meetings.
• Invite customers for project site visits and coordinate the visit.
• Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
• Update all customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team for lead management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
