Experience: 2–3 Years
CTC: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA
Gender: Male
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical
Industry: Metal / Wooden Fabrication, Engineering, FRP Composite
Specialization: Fabrication, Cutting, Grinding, FRP Composite
🔧 Key Skills:
- FRP Composite Handling
- Fabrication and Cutting
- 5S, Kaizen, TPM, TQM
🛠️ Job Profile & Responsibilities:
- Achieve productivity targets as per production plan
- Distribute tasks to cutting, grinding, and finishing sections
- Manage manpower and improve operator skills (Skill Matrix)
- Control downtime and reduce operational cost
- Coordinate with maintenance for plant upkeep
- Track work orders, BOM, and ensure product handover to dispatch
- Submit daily & weekly productivity reports
- Maintain 5S & Safety standards on shop floor
- Ensure SOP adherence and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance
