Job Description

Customer Service: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable footwear, apparel, or accessories.

Product Demonstration: Explaining the features, benefits, and durability of Woodland’s outdoor-focused products to drive sales.

Store Operations: Assisting with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Sales Targets: Actively working to meet or exceed individual and team daily/monthly sales targets.

Billing & Cashiering: Handling customer checkouts, processing payments, and managing the point-of-sale (POS) system
