Branch Relationship Associate

We are hiring Sales Officers for Home Loan vertical. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, generating business through field sales, and maintaining strong relationships with builders, connectors, and DSAs. The role involves end-to-end coordination from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate home loan leads through field visits, references, and open market sourcing
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate builders, brokers, and DSAs
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable home loan products
• Explain interest rates, eligibility, and loan process clearly to customers
• Collect, verify, and manage customer documentation
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing team for quick approvals
• Ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and partners

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales (BFSI / Home Loan preferred)
• Freshers with strong interest in sales can apply
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable with field sales and travel
