Job Description
- Job Duties and Responsibilities – Marketing Area ManagerDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to build trust and ensure long-term business engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and expand the company's customer base.
- Meet with customers to understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Provide detailed and accurate explanations of the company's products, services, technical features, pricing, and installation process.
- Conduct site visits, coordinate preliminary assessments, and guide customers through the project planning process.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
- Follow up with customers before, during, and after installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, customer updates, and market intelligence to management.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, promotional events, and business networking activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
