Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Investor Relations Manager / Fundraiser to identify, engage, and convert investors who can support PayNback's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in investment, wealth management, insurance, financial services, or high-value sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential investors, HNIs, business owners, and strategic partners.
• Schedule investor meetings and presentations.
• Present PayNback's business model and investment opportunity professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with investors.
• Manage the complete fundraising pipeline using CRM.
• Coordinate with founders during investor meetings.
• Follow up with prospects until investment closure.
• Maintain accurate reports and weekly fundraising updates.
• Participate in networking events, business forums, and startup ecosystems.
• Ensure confidentiality of investor information.

Compensation During 3-Month Probation Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
