Branch Receivable Officer
- Track repayment schedules, manage collection efficiency, and actively follow up with clients to ensure accounts are paid on time.
- Portfolio Management: Review debtor reports, download bank statements, and closely monitor customer accounts and credit statuses.
- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional and legal teams to resolve customer billing issues, complaints, or outstanding issues.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze data to track receivables performance metrics and submit regular reports to branch and head office management.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial transactions, legal document processing, and disbursement procedures comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
