Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Business Sourcing: Acquire new LAP customers through DSA channels and direct marketing to achieve assigned monthly disbursement targets.
- DSA Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents to generate high-quality leads.
- End-to-End Processing: Manage the entire loan lifecycle, from sourcing and documentation to credit evaluation, legal vetting, and final disbursement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact, providing updates on application status and offering superior service to ensure high satisfaction.
