- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate life insurance business through DCB Bank branches.
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Identify customer financial protection and investment needs.
- Promote and sell life insurance solutions to bank customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and policy persistency.
- Coordinate with branch teams to drive insurance business growth.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with experience in Banking, Insurance, CASA, Loans, Investments, BFSI, or Sales will be preferred.
