Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a talented and driven Field Sales Executive with specialized experience in facility management services sales. This full-time role will be based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate must possess their own two-wheeler and be comfortable engaging in B2B corporate sales. We specifically seek candidates from the facility management sector, and individuals with backgrounds in insurance or banking sales need not apply.

• Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales opportunities within the facility management services sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
• Conduct market research to assess client needs and identify industry trends.
• Present and showcase facility management services tailored to corporate clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring profitable agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense tracking on a regular basis.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
• Effectively utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
• Essential QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in facility management services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a two-wheeler for client travel.
• Desired ExperienceMaximum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in facility management services or similar B2B roles.
• Experience engaging in corporate sales and building long-term client relationships.
• Candidates from insurance and banking sectors will not be considered for this position.
