A Team Member operates, restocks, and services automated kiosks across various locations. They manage inventory perform basic machine maintenance and ensure high customer satisfaction


Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Daily refilling beveragesin machines and tracking stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Machine Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning, inspecting equipment for malfunctions, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Customer Service: Assisting users with inquiries and addressing feedback regarding machine errors.
