Job Description

  • Lead ManagementContact and engage with all assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
  • Update customer interactions and remarks in the CRM system.
  • Ensure no lead remains unattended or overdue for follow-up.
  • Customer Relationship BuildingUnderstand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
  • Provide accurate project information and address customer queries.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Site Visit CoordinationSchedule and confirm site visits for interested customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and site teams regarding customer visits.
  • Follow up after site visits to collect feedback and move customers toward closure.
  • Lead QualificationIdentify hot, warm, and cold leads based on customer interest.
  • Share qualified leads with the sales team for further conversion.
  • Monitor customer readiness and buying intent.
  • CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
  • Track follow-up schedules and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CRM software.
  • Sales SupportAssist the sales team in achieving booking targets.
  • Support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes.
  • Ability to handle objections and customer concerns effectively.
  • Educational Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in Real Estate, CRM, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Lead Management preferred.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of leads contacted daily.
  • Follow-up completion rate.
  • Site visits scheduled.
  • Site visit-to-booking conversion ratio.
  • Lead response time.
  • CRM data accuracy and update compliance.
  • Working Conditions:Adherence to company attendance and reporting policies.
  • Daily CRM updates are mandatory.
  • Timely follow-up with assigned leads is compulsory.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on lead engagement, site visits generated, and conversion contribution.
