Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Representative to manage our site office and drive sales for our residential projects. You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, site visitors, and prospects. The role combines on-ground site management with direct sales pitching and customer counseling.


Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations: Keep the site office presentable, organized, and equipped with brochures, floor plans, price sheets, and amenities details.


Visitor experience: Welcome customers, schedule site visits, and ensure a smooth experience at the project.

Conduct property tours and highlight USPs like location, connectivity, amenities, and investment potential.


Walk customers through 2D/3D floor plans, explain carpet area vs built-up area, vastu, ventilation, and room utility.
